Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy
A chiropractic adjustment restores function to the neuromusculoskeletal system. For example, a patient may come into the clinic with pain, weakness, numbness or tingling in the shoulder, arm, hands, and fingers.
A common bone to look at it in this situation is the 1st rib. When the 1st rib is subluxated or out of its normal position, it may interfere with certain nerves and blood vessels that are passing from your neck and traveling to the shoulder and down the arm into the hands. The rib can actually compress or pinch a nerve that is responsible for function down the arm. By applying a chiropractic manipulation to the rib, restored function may occur to the shoulder, arm, hands, and fingers.
Diversified is one of the most commonly used chiropractic techniques around the globe. It is designed to restore proper movement to spinal segments which would otherwise be 'stuck' with limited range of motion. This limited range of motion not only can cause pain, stiffness, and dysfunction but also can impair the transmission of neural signals from the brain to the body and vice versa.
By using a high velocity, low amplitude adjustment into the 'stuck' spinal segment Dr. Art Francis is able to restore correct motion, alleviate pain and stiffness and restore the flow of neural signals. The combination of all of these allows the body to be free of pain, and function at 100%.

The Blair upper cervical technique is a method of analysis and correction of the top vertebra in the spine. These upper cervical (neck) spinal segments have a very close relationship to the brain and spinal cord. Special attention is give to the top two vertebra, atlas and axis as these two vetebra are the ones most commonly misaligned.
By restoring correct alignment of these two vertebra it allows the restoration of function of the body by taking pressure away from the brainstem and spinal cord.

The activator is a chiropractic instrument which delivers a low force, high speed adjustment into spinal segments which are not moving correctly. This gentle approach is designed to restore proper movement to 'stuck' spinal segments. Restoring proper movement to the spine, allows you to feel less pain and stiffness while promoting the correct flow of neural signals from the brain to the body.

Flexion Distraction / Decompression Therapy
Disc bulges, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, sciatica, sprain/strains, piriformis syndrome, spinal degeneration are some of the specific issues we treat with spinal flexion and distraction.
Cox flexion distraction is designed to use a very slow and gentle distraction to open up specific areas in the spine that have been compressed. The compression of discs and joints of the spine often result in significant pain and nerve impingement. Flexion distraction relieves the pressure on these joints allowing the body to heal naturally.
Live your life the way it was intended: PAIN FREE.
Laser Therapy relieves acute and chronic pain and is cleared by the FDA. Today you can start living pain free with Class IV Warm laser therapy treatments. Laser Therapy is non-invasive, pain and drug-free while effective in reducing pain and accelerating healing. If you are an athlete, you are only of value when you are on the field. Laser therapy has an in-clinic laser treatment protocol, as well as a portable on-the-field laser treatment – to provide you with solutions when you need them.

Active Release Therapy or ART for short, is a form of soft tissue therapy which is designed to break down adhesions and scar tissue in muscles, ligaments and tendons. These adhesions and scar tissue often cause a shortening of the muscle fibers resulting in loss of function and pain.
By breaking down these adhesions in tissues, you are able to see a restoration in the proper function of muscles, ligaments and tendons. This form of therapy is particularly useful for sports athletes, and people who have old injuries that have not healed well.
Active Release Therapy (ART)
Patients that benefit most from true non-surgical spinal decompression may be those diagnosed with herniated discs, bulging discs, sciatica, radiculopathy, degenerative disc disease, or facet syndrome.
Through cycles of stretch and relaxation, decompression unloads the disc—gel-like cushions—which improves positioning, blood flow, and important nutrient exchange for the injured area. Traction of the disc creates negative pressure—a vacuum—in the disc, which allows the body to reabsorb much or all of the bulging or herniated disc
material.
Decompression helps bulging or herniated discs to retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This promotes movement of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the discs so they can heal.
